今年的三月一日,我在SOT簽約訂了一輛IMPREZA新車,營業員答應另外加送HKS BOV(NTD 11,000),合約上也有註明。但交車時,營業員說他還沒拿到SQV,所以要晚個幾天才能幫我裝。過了幾天我打電話過去,營業員說東西到了在他桌上,明天可以過來裝。只是我因為隔天有事忙,所以晚了幾天才過去,到了原廠,營業員跟我說,SQV沒庫存了,說要幫我裝Blitz BOV (NTD 6000),我跟他說我不喜歡Blitz,不然看能不能給我後尾翼(我後來查了價錢,尾翼也大概是6000元)?之後我等了三個星期,他都沒打電話來,就這樣無消無息…
所以我打了電話過去給他老闆,把事情經過詳細的告訴他,我跟老闆說,我不過就是照著合約上寫的回去裝SQV,你們營業員我等了三個星期,他連通電話都沒打過來,而且態度變的很差,交車前後跟本就是二個人…老闆說他會找那個營業員談。
今天我打電話給那個營業員,講了半個小時,他就是不給我他所答應的SQV…然後他說我同意要換後尾翼,而且在場他們的技師也有聽到,所以現在他堅持只給我後尾翼…我跟他說我等了你三個星期,你說要打電話給我也沒有,後來我發現SQV比那尾翼貴很多,所以我想想還是決定要照當初合約寫的內容拿SQV不知道行不行?
他在電話中表示他沒辦法給我SQV,甚至說,要你就拿尾翼,不然就什麼都不要!有本事來告我,我也不怕…
那時我說好吧,就裝尾翼好了,結果他居然回我,你怎麼能打電話給我老闆?搞得我現在心情很不爽!就算不給你任何東西,你又能拿我怎樣?就算告我我也無所謂!
最後他總算答應下星期一讓我裝尾翼…也許只是想盡量拖時間吧,打從交車後他跟本就不想給我任何東西…
有沒有什麼申訴電話可以打的啊?有人會受理嗎?我能做些什麼比較實際的行動嗎?
也許該再打給他老闆…
不過,SQV是營業員自已付錢的,不是標準配備…這樣有用嗎?

還有,本來應該在三月一號交車,他們在一號前幾天打給我說車子到了,叫我三月一號那天只管帶著錢過去就可以拿到車子。

就在等待文件處理的這段日子,營業員好心的跟我說,車上那機油不知道用多久了,他會先幫我把機油換掉。我跟他說不用,我到時先開個1000英里再回去換油就好。結果後來哩程到了我回去換油,他居然表示,我們說的換油是免收你工資,大概150元,而機油你要自付3900…
那一次我還是付了錢…
現在又來個SQV事件…
讓我真的覺得那個營業員非常的不老實且讓人害怕…
這樣讓我覺得很生氣…
有人跟我說,合約內容不符(沒有SQV),這樣可以把車還給他們?在台灣我能這樣做嗎?
交車已經29天了,交車之前營業員真的表現的很有誠意,一切都很美好;交車之後卻又變的如此的惡劣!我不喜歡這樣,真的很生氣想跟他們翻臉,也許該把車退回去,繼續騎我的小綿羊…
在買車之前,我問他說裝SQV是不是會影響我的保固,他說不會。
現在他說他們SQV沒有庫存,即然你一定要SQV也行,如果你能自已去買,把收據給他,他會支付這筆錢。不過因為是你自已去買的,不是出自SUBARU原廠,所以如果引擎出了什麼問題,就不在他們的保固範圍之內了…
我說那我拿去賣,不要裝,他說那跟你裝不裝沒有關系,反正你SQV不是從我們這邊拿到的,你的三年保固就會因此喪失!
那多荒謬?SQV要11000,而Blitz或是尾翼就只要6000,而這些是他要自已從口袋里拿錢出來的…這才是原因所在吧?
即使我華語說的不好,而且對你們的文化也不熟悉,但這不意謂你們就能這樣做,知道嗎?

OK I signed this contract to buy this car back in March 1st...salesman agreed to give me the extra item- HKS BOV (NTD 11,000) and even wrote it on the contract....now after I bought/get the car he said he doesn't have the item yet...and will get it in couple days...I called again in couple days then he says it's on top of his desk I can go get it the next day....but next day I was busy so I went serveral days later and then he says the items is out of stock but he can get me similar item (Blitz BOV NTD 6000) I said no I don't like it maybe get me the rear wing (about NTD6000 which I found out much later about the price)...then for 3 weeks he didn't call, nothing..so I called his boss explained everything and he said he will talk to him...I told the boss that in 3 weeks he didn't call at all and his attitude is horrible then and before...I will just go back with HKS BOV since it was written on the contract.........so today was arguing with the salesman on the phone for half hour and he just won't give me the HKS BOV like he promised ...well he was saying that I agree to have rear wing instead and that his co workers were also there as witness so he insisted on just giving that to me. Then I said it's been 3 weeks u said u will call but never did...and later I find out HKS BOV worth more so I just want to go back to the original contract item....can I do that?
so on the phone he just doesn't want to give me the HKS BOV and even said if I don't want the rear wing then he won't give me anything...he even said go ahead and sue him he isn't scared.... at one time I even said ok fine I will get the rear wing but then he said oh man you called my boss so I am in such a bad mood....I don't want to give you anything..what can you do? come on sue me I don't' care..so eventually he just said pick up the rear wing on Monday but I don't know man....maybe he is just delaying and won't give me anything since I already bought the car
isn't there is like a hotline to call for complaint? does it work at all and how long will it take?? what should I do actually......maybe I will call his boss more but the HKS BOV is coming from the salesman's own pocket and not from the dealer....man Taiwan is very different...what do youguys suggest?
Ok also I was suppose the get the car on March 1st.....they called couple days before 1st and said the car is there I can go pick it up on March 1st and told me to go ahead and wire the money...then on 1st they said there were some paper work errors so will delay couple days..then couple days they delay it again until the 8th...so I got the car on the 8th instead of 1st... during the delay the salesman was like.....everyday he just say oh it will delay just one more day...AND "I will change the oil for you during the delay since we dont' know how long the oil had been there"..I said no I will drive the car for 1k miles then I will come back for that oil change...so later I went back and he was like no I didn't mean we will change it free for charge....Imeant we won't charge labor and everything else you need to pay! labor was like 150 and oil change without labor was like 3900 which I paid that time...and now this HKS BOV again....man he is just very dishonest and horrible....this sucks and I am kinda pissed

Would you please tell us in which showroom you bought the car, and what the salesman's name is?
Some people say the contract isn't fullfilled (no bov) so I can return the car? can I do this in Taiwan? It's been 29 days since I bought the car..... before the sale he was really nice and everything and after I purchased the car he was like very bad..I dont' like it...I am very angry and pissed off in face..maybe I will just return the car and ride my scooter
before the sale I asked him will the HKS BOV void my warranty and he said no...now he said he can't get the BOV it's out of stock but I insisted on it, then he said ok he tells me that if I can find it I will buy it and just bring him the receipt and he will pay me.. BUT since it's not a BOV from Subaru so if there is any problem with the engine the dealer won't be responsible so in other words my warranty is voided..I said I am going to sell the BOV and won't use it..I will even get a recepit of me actually sold it and he said with or without recepit it doesn't matter..since you are not getting the BOV directly from me your 3 years warranty will be voided..how ridiculous is that? I know I know, the BOV is 11,00 NTD and Blitz/rear wing is around 6000....and it's coming out of his own pocket so that's why....

Yes that's the location and his name is 吳海麒. Even though I don't speak that good of Chinese and am not very familiar with the culture, that doesn't mean you have to do that you know?
退車 I can 退車? isn't it within 3 days of purchasing the car? it's been almost 30 days
法律的問題我並非很清楚~
不過,即然合約上有註明加送的配備~
如果無法依約,應該也要經過你的同意才做另外的處置~

well it's been 28 days....I got the car on March 8th...Contract date is March 1st though but I got the car on the 8th so I guess it's 28days. so within 30 days I can return it ? Can you or someone confirm this...damn I am pretty pissed maybe I will just return it...I already installed 30,000 worth of audio and 6k tint...maybe I will just ride my scooter and get a c6 when I get back to the states...but that will be awhile :(

消費糾紛,不是不能要求解除契約(rescission),回復原狀(restitution)
要看具體情形
如果一買來過5天引擎爆缸(正常使用下),是重大瑕疵
這樣就可以要求解約,返還價金~~
但如果是天線壞掉、喇叭不響.....這屬於輕微瑕疵
頂多可以主張"減少價金",或要求負責修復!!
不能要求解約退車還錢的~~
這一件事呢
最快速的方法呢
就是拿起電話....撥打1950
找 行 政 院 消 費 者 保 護 委 員 會----消保官申訴(不是消基會喔)
消保官會居中調解
因為有公權力介入,效果還不錯!!
至於用司法途徑解決也不是不可以
也很有用,對方也會立即屈服
不過比較麻煩
一般人要走法律途徑我比較不建議
除非你很閒有空走法院囉~~

我想~連鯊鯊被這樣的業務員銷售,都一樣覺得很傷心,畢竟這像出賣,不是出售,不管是誰聽到這樣的事都今人火冒三丈,好好的迎車心情,都被不肖的業務打壞了!更何況是欺負新鯊的主人,但大大您可以先不要考慮退車,畢竟這也是有一定的難度,但略施加壓力,讓高雄SOT知道,不是車賣掉最大,而是買車的買主才是他們的衣食父母,往這個方向前進,應該可以討到基本的補償,畢竟車不是他才有在賣,公道也不是他們說的算,不管是任何車種,賣車和購車都有基本的倫理在,但大大您也不用太過生氣啊^^
最主要的是迎新車的好心情要一直保持著唷~有著好心情,任何事都會迎刃而解的~雖然你現階段還沒有你要的SQV或尾翼,但並不表示未來不會有啊^^,所以囉!我想只要給適當的壓力給SOT,最後該得到的東西一樣會回到你身邊的,現在最主要的,是開著新鯊遨遊四海,保持好心情,還有記得T.I.F.C有這麼多好友陪著你^^,一切都會是最美好的唷^^

實在不解....
所以真的希望okaythen大大可以據理力爭,不只是為您自己的利益而已,
而是希望能透過此方式借以施壓SOT能正視服務態度的問題,畢竟SUBARU
在台灣真的是已經算冷門到不行的車種了,還要放任營業員如此?讓SUBARU在台絕種?
